Good coverage of loyalty, nice one. But how about a mention for Tillo, who provide the API that fintechs (eg, Klarna) use to collect and spend points. They are doing a lot of work. with crypto folk to provide digital gift cards as a mechanism for cash out as well. And yes, of course I do have a financial interest in them.
